How much does PPF or wrapping cost?
PPF starts at $990 incl. GST for Front Impact, $1,760 incl. GST for Full Front and $3,960 incl. GST for Full Body. Your quote depends on the vehicle, film, coverage, paint condition and preparation required. Tell us your make, model, year and preferred finish. We will confirm the panels, inclusions and total price before you book.
What is the difference between PPF and vinyl wrap?
PPF is designed primarily to protect paint from everyday road wear. Clear PPF keeps the original colour; colour PPF changes it. Vinyl is primarily a styling film. If stone-chip protection is your priority, ask us about PPF rather than treating vinyl as an equivalent.
Should I choose gloss or satin matte?
Gloss PPF preserves a shiny appearance. Clear satin matte PPF changes how light reflects from the existing colour. The result varies with the paint underneath, so viewing a physical sample is the best way to choose.
Do I need full-front or full-body coverage?
Full-front coverage focuses on forward-facing panels exposed to road debris. Full-body coverage extends protection across the painted exterior. We will discuss your driving, parking and budget, then confirm the exact panel list and exclusions in your quote.
How long will you need my car?
We offer 3-day PPF installation and respond to PPF enquiries within 24 hours. Your booking date and collection schedule are confirmed with your quote; wrap and tint timing depends on the selected work. Let us know if you are coordinating a new-car delivery or need your car back by a particular date.
Can film be installed on used or repainted panels?
The paint needs to be assessed first. Existing chips, scratches, peeling clear coat or previous repairs may affect the result and later removal. Let us know about any resprayed panels so we can discuss suitable preparation and limitations.
Will PPF prevent every scratch or stone chip?
No film makes a car damage-proof. PPF can help reduce everyday paint damage, but sharp objects and heavy impacts can still damage the film and paint. Features such as self-healing depend on the selected film and apply only within its stated limits.
What warranty and aftercare are included?
Ask us to confirm the selected film’s warranty, installation cover, exclusions and care instructions with your quote. Follow the specific curing and washing guidance at handover, and contact us if you notice an edge lifting or another concern.
How do I choose a window tint?
Shade alone does not tell you how a film performs. We discuss your comfort and privacy preferences, existing glass and the selected film’s specifications. Ask us to confirm the suitable, compliant option for your vehicle before installation.
Do you only work on electric vehicles?
No. Contact us about your vehicle, whether it is an EV, petrol or diesel car, SUV or ute. Suitability and the scope of work are confirmed for each vehicle.
